If you want a exciting experience, you should try MTB riding in Hakuba Iwatake. It has different kinds of courses for mountain biking and the longest run is Downhill Course which is 6－8 kilometers long with an altitude gap of 523 meters. You can enjoy biking in a 4-kilometer run through the forest in Cross Country Course. Dual Bump Track & MINI Cross Course is newly open in this year. A couple from Tokyo said this was the first time for them to try MTB today.

The lilies in the Beech Forest were still in the peak. The sunlight through the leaves softly lit up the large flowers. We could enjoy them comfortably in the cool forests. There were many lilies which had buds, so they will keep their beauty in this weekend as well.

The lilies in the north area passed their peak, but they were still worth seeing because of the bright colonies. In the east part near Dog Run, there were short ones with colorful flowers. I found people taking photos with their pets in front of the lily beds.

Just after the open of the garden, we could see Northern Alps. However, the peaks had gone behind the clouds around 9:00 a.m. The sunlight was blocked off sometimes, but the temperature got higher and higher.

In Nezuko-no-mori Forest, children were playing with the wooden items. For naughty boys and girls, ”Heidi’s Swing” is recommended. It was very comfortable in the shades of the forest, so families were taking a rest at benches and hammocks.
