From Aug. 10 (Thu.) to Aug. 16 (Tue.), “Drone Summer Workshop” is held at White Plaza in the mountain foot. The fee is JPY4,800 “per 1 group”, so you can join it at the reasonable price with your family and friend (Reservation is not required). In this morning, there were 6 groups in this workshop.

The workshop was held inside White Plaza to reduce the wind influence. For the beginners, a lightened and downsized drone called Toy Drone (Spider Ⅱ, DOYUSHA) is used. After the workshop, a professional drone (INSPIRE 1 PRO, DJI) was flied by demonstration. The drone workshop is held 4 times a day as follows; at 9:00 a.m, 10:30 a.m, 1:30 p.m and 3:00 p.m.

Today’s highlight of the lily garden was the upper part of the north slope behind Sky Arc. A lot of brilliant lilies were blooming, and especially, the pink ones were the best.

The lilies in the cool shades of beech forests were in almost full-bloom. The deep green forests were studded with bright yellow, pink and white flowers. Sweet scent of the lilies made people come closer to them.

The number of Yamayuri had increased in these days. The large-sized flowers were so beautiful with the soft sunlight that I could not take my eyes off it for a while. I heard children’s voice of fun with hammocks in a cool atmosphere.
