10/10 (Thursday), when there was no cloud before sunrise, had a good effect of radiant cooling, and the wood path of the Kamaike Wetland had frost. By the time I started walking, the temperature rose enough for a long-sleeved shirt, and it was a clear autumn day.

The fall of the fall foliage along the Happo-one Nature Research Road (about 1,800m to 2,080m above sea level) In Maruyama Cologne (pictured), the contrast between the clear blue sky and the three mountains of Hakuba took a breath, despite being visited many times.

If you climb about 5 minutes from Maruyama Cologne, Nifang Hakuba Sanzan approaches again. From here, you can see the Karamatsuzawa Yukikei (photo) that was certified as the 7th glacier in Japan and the 2nd glacier in Nagano Prefecture on October 2 (Wednesday). Glacier-certified news has become a hot topic among many climbing enthusiasts.

After passing through Maruyama Cologne, you will pass the route opened southward. On that day, Mt. Fuji (upper left of the photo) and the Yatsugatake mountain range were clearly visible. A climber who also stopped his foot heard a voice telling the memories of climbing the Southern Alps.

On the way home after climbing Mt. Karamatsu, we passed around Happoike around 14:00. There are not many chances to meet Hakuba Sanzan illuminated by the west on a sunny day. As well as the reporter, not only climbers who came down, but also hikers and tourists in light clothing were aiming at the camera to see Hakuba Sanzan reflected in Happoike, so that they would not miss this opportunity.
