The summer operation of Kita-one Kogen has started from July 3 (Sat) and free shuttle bus has also started (7:45 a.m.―, 12 buses a day). But Kurobishi Rindo (forest road) and Kurobishi 3 was closed of the heavy rain. “Hakuba Alps Hana Zanmai” (until August 31) and “Hana Zanmai Bus” (* charged) started the operation.

Opening event was started from 9 a.m. in the base station of Kita-one Quad Lift. The first event was “Hakuba Happo Daiko (Japanese Drum)” which was performed by the local children. The sound of the rain was large this morning but the strong sound of drums was roared in the area.

The visitors was welcomed with Ohagi when Alp Horn was performed. A trial session was held after the first section of Alp Horn and the visitors were enjoying a rare chance.

“Super View Footbath” and “Canopy Walkway” will open at Kita-One Kogen on July 15 (Sat). And hearth baked Neapolitan pizza was available from last year at the rest house of Kita-one Kogen, Kita-one Rest House.

“Nozawana and Hakuba Pork Pizza”(1,300 JPY) was recommended pizza menu. Dried bonito shavings was dusted on the pizza and it was made for each other and very delicious. Soft Drink “Sunset love” (350 JPY) was apple vinegar mixed with either of soda, water or milk.
