I went through the clouds during on the gondola, but the sky was still covered with thin clouds. Today, the line waiting for the first gondola was not so long, but the trails were crowded with hikers from Kurobishi No.3 Pair.

After Nanakamado and Tsutsuji had passed their peak, Miyamanara (photo) started to change its color. The gradation from green to red was very beautiful.

The wind from the north west got stronger and stronger as time passed. We could find a sign of Winter season in the cool air. Around 10:30 a.m, the clouds covered from Kurobishi-daira to Happo-ike Sanso Hut.

Around Happo-ike Pond, Autumn tints had almost finished. A father and his 6-year-old son from Toyama Pref. greeted to me. They said they would climb up to Mt. Karamatsu today.

Because we have had a lot of rainy days and there are not great gaps of temperature between mornings and evenings, the Autumn tints from Cairn No.2 to Shimo-no-kanba had finished much earlier. However, the trees in the valleys still remained red and yellow beautifully.
