The Golden Week has started with the very changeable weather with the rain, wind and thunder. It was also blowing strong winds this morning and the weather was changing into snowy, sunny and cloudy rapidly. A couple from Toyama Pref. who arrived on the slope as the first people (Photo) talked, “We always enjoy your reports! We enjoyed riding on May 1 (Sat) and today. We will finish this season on May 4 (Tue).”

Around the summit station of the gondola, there was 5-10cm wet fresh snow from last night! However, the wet groomed slope of Tsuga-no-mori (Photo) hardly had the fresh snow because of the strong wind. The slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair (1st Photo) was in good mixed snow condition of corn and fresh snow. The lower part was dirty and my skis did not run well there.

4 people who were enjoying TG PARKS (Photo) talked, “We always check your reports! The weather is very strange with the coldness and warmth. At this time, it suddenly got snowing heavily. There were some poles giving attention to the parts that had just thin snow, but the items in the park were still in good condition.

By the way, the gondola side of Chuo Parking Area was almost full and the east side across the road was also almost full at 10:00 a.m.
