Tsugaike Kogen/ ◎150cm / Cloudy & Rainy2020.Jan.29
It started to rain yesterday afternoon but it stopped this morning. It was foggy in the middle and lower parts around 10 a.m. The snow was non-compacted in Champion Slope. Some bushes were uncovered with snow in the undulating upper part, which requires techniques to ski down. The lower part was flat and nice (pictured).
[Champion Slope]
The compacted snow was wet and soft along Han-no-ki High-speed Pair Lift. 6m kickers and 8m kickers (pictured), which will open today, were being placed on the right side of the slope. The snow was non-compacted in the middle and lower parts of Han-no-ki Slope.

The non-compacted snow was flat and nice in Shirakaba Slope. The snow layer was partially thin and some short bushes were uncovered when I skied down from the junction with Rindo Course to the lower area, but it was okay. It was like a private slope as there were few people.

It was sometimes foggy in the morning, however, the visibility was okay both in the upper area and lower area. The compacted wet snow was soft in [Tsuga-no-mori Slope. It started to rain when I started descending around 10:15 am.
