Tsugaike Kogen / △270cm / Cloudy2019.Apr.07

19040701_tsugaikeDirt, which blew by the strong wind, showed up from the top to bottom of the ski area and mixed with corn snow. The staff of TG PARKS, who were maintaining the snow park, gave me the watch word, “We always enjoy your report!”

19040702_tsugaikeIt was warm at the bottom area, so I was surprised that it was snowing weakly at Tsuga-no-mori in the early morning. The groomed slope was melted nicely soft and the advanced snowboarders were making the sharp turns. On the other hand, the skis were not running on the non-groomed area.

19040703_tsugaikeThe melted layer of snow got thicker as I skied down and became heavy. A regular customer from Toyama said, “I always enjoy your report! I like this soft snow because I could make sharp turns!”

19040704_tsugaikeAdding to the wind, the rain of the night before last has melted the snow, and forest course from the last part of Han-no-ki to Shirakaba was closed. There were no bushes at both Oya-no-hara and Karamatsu but snow got melted and decreased drastically. A snowboard team, wearing same hoodies, said, “We always enjoy your report! It’s fun to ride with team members on any snow!”
