The sky was blue in the morning, but the gondola stopped working from Shirakaba station to the summit station because of the strong wind. Shirakaba Quad began working on time, but the strong wind blew and sometimes it spread the snow around.

Groomed Shirakaba was firm, but was in good condition condition. “We always enjoy your reprts!” two people from Shizuoka gave me the watchword. Soon the slope was covered with ski tracks.

Kane-no-naru-oka was not crowded and the beginners and families were enjoying ski slowly. The slope seemed calm, but sometimes the strong wind blew. The temperature was 2 degrees; I didn’t feel cold.

Corn snow was groomed and firm at Kane-no-naru-oka. I could ski fast, but it was hard for beginners when they fell. Maruyama was flat and nicely firm, and it was in good condition to ski.
