It almost stopped snowing before the gondola started working. Although there was fresh snow on Tsuga-no-mori, there were also frozen ski tracks underneath it. Some people got surprised at the hard ground.

Sometimes strong winds blew snow away and hit me hardly. The groomed parts which was 7~8m wide were in good condition to ski. I did not see any bushes and grounds today.
[Tsuga-no-mori]
It started snowing at around 9:30 a.m. with much humidity. The snow along Han-no-ki high speed pair had both wet snow and fresh snow which made the slope in very good condition.

A couple came from Chiba prefecture said to me “ Thank you for the articles. We always check it.”
Since it was the first time to ski for them in 7 months, their foot were shaking like a baby deer. But they did not forget to make smiles and poses.
