There was a lull in the snow falling strongly and slightly this morning. The amount of the fresh snow was 5－6cm in the mountain foot and 15cm around the lift station of Han-no-ki High Speed Pair. It was as cold as the top season, -4 degrees, and the coldness kept the snow fluffy.

As I climbed up the slope of Han-no-ki, the amount of snow was increasing and reached 33cm at the middle part. In the sides of the course, the snow came just under my knees. Even though a snowmobile ran of the snow, the ground was not exposed.

In Tsuga-no-mori, there was 35cm snowfall and almost all of tall bushes were covered with snow. Before 9:00 a.m, staffs of the ski area came up to the summit station of the gondola for preparation.

The 10－13cm snow in the middle part of Han-no-ki and Shirakaba was a little damp. As the weather forecast, it will be snowing until the tomorrow morning, so the amount of the snow must be increasing.
