We had an ideal day for skiing and snowboarding with the clear sky! It was very cold in the morning because of the radiative cooling and it was blowing a strong wind on the peaks of Northern Alps, but we hardly had a wind in the ski area. The groomed slope of Tsuga-no-mori was nicely firm.

The slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair was also nicely firm and flat. Because Han-no-ki No.3 Quad was late for the opening, there were only a few people in the lower part, so the fresh slopes remained for a long while.

People from Nagano City gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!” As I skied down, the slope of Han-no-ki was getting firmer and firmer. Edges of my skis worked well, so I could made turn as I imagined.

Today was a weekday, so Maruyama was also quiet and we could ski widely in the flat slope. The slopes of Oya-no-hara and Karamatsu were also groomed well and good to ski.
