It stopped snowing in the evening yesterday and started to snow again in this early morning. Today is the 4th time to do an early morning operation. Even before 8:00 a.m., there were so many people at Shirakaba slope. One group of 4 from Kyushu and Shikoku came over me and said “We always check Snownavi” and “we came here for this early morning operation and it took 8 hours!”

I found many people heading to a middle and bottom of Han-no-ki, and there were actually a few people along Han-no-ki High Speed. The slope was covered with fresh snows on soft groomed run. And I could make the turns as I imagined.

As time went by and as we got high, the snow got stronger. But there were almost no winds and I did not feel that cold. Tsuga-no-mori slope had good powdery snow and it was great condition actually. There was snow as it was from yesterday along Tsuga No.1.

One group of 4 from Osaka told me “We always check the reports” while we were on Kane-no-naru-oka Sky liner. Around 9:30, there was 3cm fresh snow on Kane-no-naru-oka No.2 slope where the slope is very wide and flat. And there was already a bunch of ski tracks.
