Tsugaike Kogen / △105cm / Snowy2016.Dec.28

16122801_tsugaikeIt had been snowing heavily since the last night. Tsuga-no-mori was not groomed, so the slope was covered with hard bumps. Besides, it was blowing a strong wind, so it was in difficult condition today. People skied there once just after Tsuga No.2 Pair was open, but they moved to other areas soon.

16122802_tsugaikeThe slope along Han-no-ki High Speed Pair was groomed well and a soft ski run of powdery snow had come back again. By the way, the middle and lower parts of Han-no-ki have been open and you can ski and snowboard there at your own risk. The amounts of the fresh snow were about 15cm on the groomed slope and 40cm on the ungroomed area.

This year, we got the season pass of Tsugaike.” Please don’t forget to check the snow condition on our website!

16122804_tsugaikeI found more and more bushes as I skied down to the lower part, but they did not matter for skiing. The ski run ended 200m away from the intermediate station of the gondola, so we needed to walk in the part, taking off skies. Kane-no-naru-oka and Oya-no-hara were open at 10:00 a.m. and those areas got crowded with groups of kids soon.
