Kurohime Kogen / ◎230cm / Cloudy & Snowy2022.Feb.11
The snow falling quietly this early morning got weaker gradually and stopped at around 9:00 a.m. The groomed slope of KUROHIME FAMILY PARK (Photo) was nicely soft and covered with fresh snow thinly. That condition was good for the first try for beginners and I heard kids saying, “I didn’t feel any pain even when I fell down!”

People were enjoying to ski through 2 tunnels along No.3 Lift (Photo) and the children showed big smiles at the exit. Today was the first day of 3 straight holidays, so the ski area got busy soon this morning. Especially, KUROHIME FAMILY PARK was so popular among families.

I met 3 people from Shinano-machi Town and Hokkaido (Center on Photo) and they said, “We are just leaving for about 3 hour trekking to the summit of Mt. Kurohime. We will have a safe trip!” The groomed slope of Shirakaba Course was nicely soft. In this area, the people who will take the prize test on Feb. 13 (Sun) were practicing hard and showing sharp turns.

The groomed slopes of Cosmos Course (Photo), Shinanoki Course and Karamatsu Course were also in good condition with nicely soft snow. The side of the courses had 5cm fresh snow on soft bumps and it was fluffy enough. After that, the dry snow started falling again at 10:00 a.m.
