The soft sunlight came through the thin clouds in the sky this morning. The coldness came back, but it was not so cold because there was no wind. The groomed slope of Kurosawa (Photo) was nicely firm and in mixed snow condition of the fresh and corn snow. The edges of my skis worked well and skis ran well there.

The groomed slopes of Course 1-A (Photo), 1-B, 1-C, Maruyama (Third Photo) and Course 5-A (Forth Photo) were nicely soft and in good condition with less corn snow. I could enjoy cruising while feeling the touch of the snow on my foot. There was 3-5cm fresh snow on the off-piste areas on the sides of the course.

No.7 Pair was closed today, but people could ski in Maruyama (Photo) by hiking up. A father from Hyogo Prefecture (Right on Photo) said, “My son started skiing this season for the first time and I’m happy to see him enjoying it! Hakuba Special which my wife has is the snowboard I longed for, so I got it when it was on sale again.

A father of a family from Mie Prefecture (Right on Photo) gave me the greeting, “I always enjoy your reports! I am so happy to see you again this season! I bought my photo which you took last year to use on New Year’s Card. He also said, “I talked with the owner couple of Mountain Lodge Wiz where we always stay for a long time till midnight yesterday.”
