The rain falling slightly with the strong south wind stopped for a while at around 8:30 a.m, but started to fall again at 9:00 a.m. Today, all courses were in corn snow condition. In the groomed slope of Course 1-A, the upper part was nicely firm and the lower steep part was nicely soft. Anyway, my skis ran well there. The groomed slope of 5-A was nicely firm.

We had the soft sunlight sometimes in the rain. In the beginning flat slope of Course 1-A (Photo), it was blowing a strong wind, so especially beginner snowboarders looked to struggle with going forward. By the way, whole area of Course 1-B and 1-C is closed for “Nagano Open Cross Game Kashimayari Cup” now until March 14 (Sun).

The groomed slopes of Ippon-buna Downhill Course (Photo) and Kurosawa were nicely firm in the morning. The ski area got busy very lately, so the slopes remained fresh for a long time. I saw the surface of the snow changing its color, but it didn’t matter for riding.
