Winter’s back and the temperature was cold. Despite that it was weekend, Sawa Course was not crowded because most of people were headed to Gezan and South. Though the snow was firm, I could make turns as I wanted to.

South was also firm and in a condition of corn snow. I could ski fast at South. On the other hand, the upper part of Gezan had some icy parts.

The fresh snow on East was mixed with corn snow which was nicely firm and in a good condition. At the skier’s left, a local racing team was preparing for practices.

At 9:10 a.m., the blue sky came out of clouds from the sun started to shine. Sunny Valley was nicely firm and Paradise was melted soft. A snowboard group from Doshisha University said, “We always enjoy your reports. We’re will enjoy snowboarding in Iwatake today and tomorrow!”
