The sky was covered with thin clouds in this early morning, but the blue sky spread out from the west as time passed. After we had the strong sunlight, it got so warm that we felt hot. In Sawa Course which was very flat and soft this morning, there were only a few people, so the fresh runs remained until 9:00 a.m.

Today is the forth day of Student Ski Competition (Alpine Ski Division) and Male Slalom Event started at 9:00 a.m. in South Slope. In the feeling of tension, Mr. Matsumura from Keio Gijuku University Demons Club (Bib No.116) posed me with a smile. There were already a lot of ski tracks in South at 8:30 a.m because of the training by students, but it was still in good condition.
[South]
The slope of East was also groomed well and the corn snow was nicely soft. We could make turns comfortably there. The spring holiday of elementary schools in Hakuba started a few days before, so I found many kids.

As I skied down from Gezan Course to Sunny Valley Course, the slope got more and more melting. However, the slope of Sunny Valley in the shades was nicely firm. In Kometsuga Special Course, students were practicing for Female Downhill Event, such as Senshu University Schneider Ski Club.
