“2018 Hakuba Snow Walk” is taking place for yesterday and today. At last night 20 people joined the night walk. And 27 people enjoyed today’s day walk. At the special booth next to the Gondola, an outdoor items brand “CAPTAIN STAG” exhibited the tent, chair, stove and many more. The tents can use for the rest space.

You can rent snowshoes. (Of course, you can bring them!) Staffs helped the guests to wear their shoes. It was sunny and when we began walking from the summit through the forest, we were excited with the fresh snow.

We walked through Nezuko-no-mori which is a trekking course in summer. Since we wore snow shoes so we did not get stuck in the snow. We enjoyed the fresh air and the beautiful atmosphere.

After finish snow walking and get back to the bottom at 1 p.m., you can have special soup which is boiled with the bowl made by CAPTAIN STAG and also you can have baked sweet potatoes. In addition to that, there will be a lottery afterwards. Staffs of the snow shoes maker also come to the event so you can ask what you want to know about them.
