After 3 day snowing, we had an ideal day for skiing and snowboarding!! “The 45th Student Ski Competition in Iwatake” starts from today. In Kamoshika Racing Course, Super Giant Slalom event of “Mayor’s Cup Alpen Ski Competition Preliminary” was held.

The events of Male Super Giant Slalom, Giant Slalom and Rookie Competition are preliminary of “Alpen Ski Competition” from Mar. 11 and the clubs from the first to 85th will qualify. In the goal area, the students give cheers to their teammates.

When the students finished, they showed various looks of smiles, vexing and relaxing. the members of Chuo University Spur Ski Club posed me with the participants with big smiles.

As of 11:00 a.m, the blue sky spread out but the peaks of Northern Alps were behind the clouds. The slopes of South and Gezan Course were nicely soft and flat, so I could enjoy riding comfortably.
