Iwatake/ ◎180cm / Snowy & Cloudy2018.Jan.18

18011801_iwatakeThe upper part of Iwatake was covered with the fogs with damp snow falling. Gezan Course and South were nicely groomed and very hard because the snow froze after the warm raining. It got colder than yesterday this morning, however, it was still warmer than usual.
[Gezan Course]
18011802_iwatakeIn the early morning, the slopes were very quiet. I met a couple from Sydney, Australia in South. At the moment, the visibility got better for a while, but the thick fog came back soon.
[South]
18011803_iwatakeAt the orange light near the station of Chuo Kosoku Lift, the run on the right takes you to the mountain foot and the left course is Sawa Course. In Sawa Course, the slope was as hard as South and Gezan Course, but very flat, so I could make turns comfortably.

18011804_iwatakeAs I skied down to the base area, the visibility got better in middle part of Sunny Valley Course. The snow got melting a little as well. My skis ran well there and I could enjoy curving as I imagined.
