Although the wind blew in this morning, it got weak gradually and I could see the blue sky over the thin clouds. Many people came early because today was a weekend. We could see the Northern Alps from many points of the upper slope.

At popular South, the snow was groomed well even at the edge of skier’s left. The slope was moderately firm and the edge of skies bit the snow well. “Wow! Snownavi! We didn’t think you come here!” A family from Minowa town, Nagano prefecture talked to us. Yes! We are always right here!

VIEW C was opened before 9:00 a.m. and we saw many people skied there in spite of early hours. The slope was groomed well and the entire snow was moderately soft, therefore, we felt comfortable. Many of them skied down there without stopping and taking VIEW 2 many times.

“She is taking lessons to pass the first degree official certification of skiing for junior” said the instructor of Hakuba Iwatake Ski School. An elementary school girl from Fukui was practicing hard. At the bottom of Gezan and Sunny Valley Course, we found that the snow got melted a bit and there were stones and snowballs in some places.
