Only 2 days are left until Iwatake finishes the operation in this winter (*Open for events on Apr. 1st, “Hakuba Paradise Slalom” and Apr. 8th, “Snow Vertical Down”). It was calmly sunny and the clouds started to gather due to the warm temperature at around 8:30 a.m.

South and Gezan Course were groomed finely this morning as well. The slopes were a little hard, but skis ran well. The surface got melting at first and it became more comfortable as time passed.

Some parts were hard and other parts were melting in the groomed slope of Sunny Valley Course, because of the direction of the slopes and shades of trees. Besides, there were waves in the lower area. The gondola was not so crowded, so I could enjoy the 3.8km long run comfortably again and again.

In Pradise, The upper part was not groomed and the lower part was groomed. The snow was corn snow in both of the areas and nicely soft. I could not believe that the ski area would be finished tomorrow, although there was still enough snow.
