Happo-one / ◎325cm / Slightly Snowy2021.Feb.26
It was foggy thickly and snowing quetly on the upper part of the ski area. Riesen Slalom Course (Photo) was groomed well with wet and corn snow and was nicely firm. I heard people talking, “We can see nothing.” and “Where should we go…” there.
[Riesen Slalom Course]
The groomed slope of Usagidaira was in the same condition. The fogs were thicker on the beginning part (Photo), but sometimes getting lighter in the middle part where had hard parts. Along Alpen Quad, there were big bumps and some parts were also icy here.
[Usagidaira]
As I skied down, the visibility got much better in the middle part of Panorama Course. This area also had the slope of mixed snow of wet and corn snow, but the slope was softer than that of Usagidaira. We could enjoy skiing at high speed thanks to the good slope which enabled our edges to work well.
[Panorama Course]
Olympic Course Ⅱ had shallow bumps and some of them were also icy. Sakka was nicely firm and in corn snow condition. Sakka No.2 Pair is open everyday now from Feb. 12 (Fri) to Mar. 7 (Sun), although it was open only on weekends and holidays until Feb. 11 (Thu).
