The weather conditions were different from the past few days this morning. It was snowing with the strong north west winds sometimes, so the slopes where winds passed often such as the beginning of Usagidaira (Photo) had only 10 – 15cm fresh snow. However, in the off-piste areas of Kurobishi, there was a lot of snowfall almost reaching our knees, so people made shouts of joy especially in the slope along Kurobishi No.3 Pair.

In Panorama Course, the north side of Kokusai No.3 Pair was groomed well except for its end and nice for cruising. The south side of Kokusai No.3 Pair was keeping about 30cm fresh snow without being groomed. After that, the snow got lighter and we had soft sunlight sometimes.

By the way, the gondola and lifts are implementing the measures to prevent infections of Coronavirus now. At the gondola, the guests are asked to get on the lift with only the same group and avoid to be together with people from other groups. At pair lifts are also in the same measures and at triple and quad lifts, the guests need to make a space between the next person.

At restaurants and shops, cashless payment is promoted and they already installed the payment devices (Photo). The available ways to pay are credit cards, prepaid transportation cards such as Suica, PASMO and WAON. The ticket office is also accepting cashless payment as well.
