Happo-one / ○230cm / Snowy2020.Feb.27
The cold air flowed into the sky, and it became snow from last night to this morning, and the officially announced snowfall reached 230 cm, the highest in this season, on par with Feb, 11 (Tue)! The fluffy fresh snow was piled up about 20 cm in the non-compact snow area of the Kurobishi slope where the basement had fine undulations.

Fresh snow is approximately 5cm along the Kurobishi No. 2 Quad in the compacted snow where the powdered snow is moderately tight (pictured). When I descended to the skyline course, the compaction of snow compacted a little, but I could very comfortably slide from Kurobishi to the skyline. Thank you to the season ticket holder from Saitama for the password “I’m always watching!”

The gas melted as I slipped down, and the visibility of the Kita-one No.3 slope was good. The consolidation barn is moderately tight and slippery. By the way, Sakka Kids Park will be closed temporarily tomorrow on Feb, 28 (Fri) to carry out the snow work.

There is a one-day hot spring “Happo-no-Yu” in the Happo 2nd parking lot (free). It has two indoor baths and an open-air bath (pictured), and both have a view of the ski resort on sunny days. It is one of the strongest alkaline hot springs in Japan with a pH of over 11, and also the only natural hydrogen hot spring in Japan.
