Happo-one / ○210cm / Snowy & Cloudy2020.Feb.26

20022601_happoAt the foot of the storm, which started eastward yesterday, the rain turned into snow in the evening due to the low pressure that was moving eastward around Honshu. The amount of fresh snow along the third pair of Kurobishi this morning (photo) is unexpectedly large, 20-25cm!
The telemarker drew a fast track with smooth sliding while enjoying the feeling of “fluffy” though it was bottomed on a tight base.

20022602_happoAlong the Kurobishi 2nd Quad where the compacted snow was clean, it was easy to slide on the soft compacted snow with powdery snow and fresh snow. However, on both the Kurobishi and Usagidaira slopes, the dark gas was applied for a long time, so it was noticeable that they slipped at a reduced speed.

20022603_happoThe snowy route on the southern side of Usahira is a condition in which Slope is moderately tight and fresh snow is piled up. When the altitude is lowered to the compacted snow panorama course (photo), the wetness of the topped fresh snow about 1 cm increases, There was a spur in there and it was bumpy.

20022604_happoAt around 9 o’clock Riesen Slalom course (pictured), there were already many spurs, and the more I slipped down, the more bumpy I felt. We finally go down to the bottom of the Usuba slope and go under the clouds. The birch slope, which was not pressed snow, had heavy fresh snow on the undulations.
