Happo One / ◎250cm / Snowy&Rainy2019.Feb.28
It rained at the bottom of the mountain and it turned into snow while getting on the gondola. It snowed heavily around Usagidaira. But there was almost no wind, so we didn’t feel cold so much. Despite of the bad weather on weekdays, sliders came early thanks to ‘the 73th Riesen Slalom Competition’.
[Panorama Course]
There was 1〜2cm fresh snow on the granular compacted burn in Panorama Course. We could repeat turning as we liked with edges biting snow.

The gases were sometimes dense and sometimes thin above Usagidaira Slope. The south area of Usagidaira had been groomed and it was compacted and good for sliding with about 2cm fresh snow. We could speed up comfortably while the gases became slighter.

The starting line of Riesen Slalom Competiton was changed to the top of Usuba Slope because of the bad condition. It had been changed from the last of Nagiyama Slope to the last of Usuba, so the course was the most narrow one. Visitors came slowly because of the rain.
