Happo One / ◎250cm / Snowy2019.Jan.24
It snowed heavily Jan. 21(Mon.) and 22(Tue.) followed by this morning! But a strong wind blew fresh snow away at the top of the slope. Alpen Quad, Kurobishi Quad and Skyline 2 didn’t work, so almost all people went to Riesen Slalom Course after getting off Riesen Quad and the gondola.
[Riesen Slalom Course]
There was about 25 cm fresh snow on the non-groomed area of skiers left at the early stage of Riesen Slalom Course (photo). We could enjoy the floating feeling of powdered snow because the ground was soft and not rough. The groomed area of Riesen Slalom Course was really nice with 2-3cm fresh snow, so it was good to slide at a high speed.

A strong wind also blew away fresh snow in Panorama Course sometime. The run was really groomed well and it was good to ride on about 2 cm fresh snow. This slope was also as popular as Riesen Slalom Course, so it was like on weekends.
[Panorama Course]
The wind was weak in Central Course and there was about 25cm fresh snow on the soft ups and downs, so it was easy to try. Thanks to well groomed snow and about 2cm fresh snow in Shirakaba Slope, it was easy to ride down and there was not so many people.
