Happo One / ◎250cm / Snow2019.Jan.22

19012201_happoThe snow which strengthened descent again from last night, it continued snowing densely even this morning. It cooled down strongly at -8 ° C, but almost never felt cold because there was almost no wind. During the Alpine Quad riding, I was excited about the powder spreading in front of my eyes.

19012202_happoThe new snowfall amount along Alpine Quad is 60~65 cm! I got an outstanding floating feeling without hitting moguls underlying at all. Ski tracks were engraved one after the other and the snow flew dramatically, and cheers were also rising from those who slipped, as well as those who were on the lift.

19012203_happoThe moderately soft compacted snow-covered panoramic course was a condition where the light fresh snow was about 10 cm and could be comfortably slid. When I pointed the camera to the store manager and the customer during the session of the ski bam shop being held every morning, a total of three persons from Nagano-city and Hakuba-village gave me the passwords of “I am always watching the Snownavi!”

19012204_happoAs we lowered the altitude gas faded and visibility came. New snow is about 50 cm in the central course where non compacted snow other than the compressed snow of one width of snow groomer is non-snowy. Even in the lower part of the ski resort, we were able to fully enjoy the powder.
