Happo One / ◎200cm / Slightly cloudy2019.Jan.12

19011201_happoThe three-day weekend has started with Asaichi (Early Morning) Riesen from 6:40. The sun kept behind thin clouds, however, the blue sky appeared in the west and Hakuba Sanzan looked amazing. “I enjoy your reports. I appear in the report three seasons in a row if I appear this time”, a skier coming from Nagoya City, Aichi said.

19011202_happoRisen, Panorama, Usagidaira and Kurbishi were crowded, while Skyline Course and Kitaone No.3 Quad were empty in the morning. It was comfortably chilly and those slopes were all well-compacted and great, covered with powder snow. My skis ran well and I enjoyed gaining speed.

19011203_happoSakka No.3 Triple has started operation at Sakka Slope today. The available area along the lift was not very wide, however, it was well-compacted and nicely firm like the area along Sakka No.2 Quad. Moguls on the non-compacted steep slope at Kitaone was firm and good to try.

19011204_happoIt was a three-day weekend and many people spoke to me. I appreciate everyone, including those who spoke to me from Alpen Quad. By the way, Riesen Grat, the top area of the slope, will be available today from 11 am.
