The snow of last night changed to light rain at the dawn of yesterday, but as the winter type air pressure arrangement shifted to the atmospheric pressure again, the temperature went down again and from last night to this morning snow accumulated over the entire ski resort. When I came to Kurobishi slope, the cold north wind blew weakly at the top of the ski area, and there was fine snow.

Fresh snow accumulated a few centimeters the night before last and last night. Because the snow melted due to a light rain yesterday morning, the total snow was about 15 cm in the middle at Kurobishi slope. From the Panorama Course and the Riesen Slalom Course, the sound of artificial snowfall was heard this morning as well.

Even so, it is beautiful of hoarfrost! Especially the trees in the middle of the ski resort such as Panorama Course, Skyline Course, upper part of the Kitaone Course (Kitaone Kogen) are constantly changing colors and the appearance of the morning sun illuminated the appearance.

From Dec.15 (Sat) the gondola will start operating for sightseeing (※ boarding with a sliding tool prohibited). It is a pity that at this ski resort this season has never snowed more than 30 cm overnight yet, but Riesen steadily increases artificial snow and preparations are under way to start business.
