It was beautiful day for spring skiing and snowboarding. From the top of the ski area, the view of Northern Alps was fantastic and many people were taking pictures. And also many of them were heading for winter mountain climbing and backcountry. Risen Grat was groomed and it was in a good condition.

The slope along Kurobishi Quad and southern part of Usagidaira was groomed finely and in firm corn snow condition. The edges bit the snow well and I could make turns as I wanted. There were hard bumps along the steep non-groomed slope along Kurobishi 3 and Alpen Quad, so I wanted to try them after snow got softer.

Panorama Course was crowded since it was the very last day of early opening of Risen in this season. The slope was in a good condition of dried snow. Olympic Course Ⅱ has been limited since yesterday for “Hakuba Happo-one Super Risen 2018”.

Central Course was groomed well and the beginning was moderately hard and as I skied down it became softer. Shirakaba was also flat and firm and I could ski comfortably.
