Deep blue sky and Hakuba Sanzan was really beautiful this morning. It was warm with no winds and comfortable. Two visitors from Tokyo and Gunma Pref. said to me, “We always enjoy your reports! The slopes are not that hard so we really enjoy them.”

The slope along Kurobishi Quad was finely and nicely firm, so that I could make turns as I imagined. The east sky was little white but I could see the mountains clearly in the distance.

The beginning of Usagidaira was hard early in the morning. Most of people were skied down carefully but the advanced riders were making sharp turns and skied down fast. The middle to the bottom part of Usagidaira were nicely firm and I could ski comfortably.

Skyline Course was also nicely firm and I could ski comfortably. The ski area was crowded from the early morning but the slope was not rough. The snow surface of Kita-one Course got melted and became soft corn snow and skis were not running well.
