In this early morning, it was slightly snowing with a weak wind on the mountain. The south part of Usagidaira was finely groomed and nicely firm. It was in so good condition that the edges of my skis worked very well.

The clouds started to break up in a while, so I went up to the top of the ski resort. When I got off Riesen Quad, the blue sky spread out in front of me. The sea of clouds in the east, Ushiro-tateyama Peaks in the west…, almost all of people took photos of the splendid views before skiing.

There were also many people who went backcountry skiing, so Risen Quad had a line this morning. The groomed slope of Riesen Grat was nicely soft. The bumps in the lower steep slope were soft enough as well.

Wide groomed slope of Panorama Course was nicely firm. Central Course was firm well and flat. Shirakaba was also nicely firm and flat, so I could ski comfortably in those slopes.
