It was snowing slightly with the north wind from the last night and as of 10:00 a.m, it was foggy in Kurobishi and Usagidaira. The groomed slope along Kurobishi No.2 Quad was nicely firm and covered with thin fresh snow. I could make turns as I wanted, feeling the soft touch of fresh snow from my foot.

There was about 15cm fresh snow in the off-piste areas, such as along Kurobishi No.3 Pair and URAKURO! The run under the fresh snow was nicely soft, so we could enjoy there fully. From around 10:10 a.m. when Kurobishi No.3 Pair was open, more and more people came into those areas and some of them tried tree runs in URAKURO.

The snow was also good in Skyline Course facing the north and the groomed central parts were nicely firm. Besides, there was over 10cm fresh snow in off-piste areas. When I came to HAPPO BANKS at 11:00 a.m, the park was already crowded with people.

Although there was a snowfall, all items were groomed well and nicely firm, so they were in good condition for trying. Some snowboarders raised a spray on the top of banks, others made tricks at banks…. The groomed slopes with 3cm fresh snow of Sakka and Shirakaba were also in good condition.
