It’s fine with thin clouds in the sky. There’s no wind at the top of Gondola but it’s windy and cold in Riesen Grat this morning. A snowboarder talked to me, “I always enjoy your report!” and he went down nicely firm groomed slope in the south side of Usagidaira.

The groomed slope along Kurobishi Quad is in the best powder snow condition. It’s very easy to ski and a visitor from Fujisawa city in Kanagawa said “It is a great day today!” with a smile. There are some bumps on the non-groomed steep slopes along Alpen Quad and Kurobishi 3.

Kurobishi Quad start working from 8:25 a.m.(7:55 a.m. on weekends) and it’s one beat behind from other lifts, so the slope had a beautiful corduroy pattern. It was getting warmer at daytime.

The slope was groomed well and firm in Skyline Course and I enjoyed skiing there. Many people were skiing the course many times taking Skyline 2. The snow in Kita-One, Kita-one 3, Sakka and Shirakaba was flat and firm powder snow as well.
