We went through the clouds while taking Gondola, and we could see Northern Alps in the blue sky at the summit of the ski slope. Some visitors who waiting for the start of Grat Quad took pictures of the wonderful view. But then the clouds got higher and it got white in 30 minutes

The visitors who had taken off Alpen Quad went to non-groomed areas along Kurobishi No3 Pair and Alpen Quad. We enjoyed comfortable powder-run on 20cm of the fresh snow, on the soft and rugged foundation at Usaghidaira new course (Sodeguro).

The groomed area at Usagidaira was stiff and tight. It was difficult that the edges of the skies bit the snow in some spots. Panorama Course was widely groomed and properly tight. Three visitors from Kobe city, Hyogo talked to us “We always see your website! We came here to try “Morning Riesen!”

Olympic Course Ⅱ was also groomed. The beginning was tight well and it got soft as we skied down.  The powdery snow was pressed at Shirakaba and properly soft. Many corduroy patterns remained even at 9:00 a.m. It is one of the best slopes in such coldest season.
