We saw the sea of clouds both yesterday and today. All visitors who skied down Alpen Quad, including the skier from Osaka who talked to us, took pictures of the view with their cameras. About 2cm fresh snow was on the groomed slopes and about 10cm of snow piled up at the sides.

The weather was very changeable and it became foggy, snowy slightly and sunny. At the south part of Usagidaira, the condition of the snow was same as yesterday. The upper part was groomed, the middle part was not groomed and the bottom part was groomed again. The non-groomed area of the middle part was a little bumpy. And there were a few bushes.

Although the fresh snow was wet in the groomed areas, we could ski comfortably and fast. The advanced skier who had just skied down from Kurobishi No2 Quad talked to us “I always see your website!” and skied down the slope without stopping, repeating beautiful turns.

At the steep slope along Alpen Quad, it was difficult to ski because it was winding, irregularly rugged and the fresh snow was heavy. But there were no bushes, so it was still excited to try those off-piste areas.
