The spring discount has started from today, March 26 (*Adults: 4,000JPY & Children under 12: 2,300JPY until last day of the season, May 7). Some lifts will end over April 9, but the main lifts were working and all the slopes are available. A man from Yamanashi Pref. gave me the watchword, “I always enjoy your report!”

There were about 8 cm fresh snow on non-groomed area of both Usagidaira and Kurobishi. A girl from Matsumoto City, Nagano Pref. called me out, “Good morning!” She said that she will take the lesson of Hakuba Happo-one Ski School after this.

The groomed slopes along Kurobishi Quad and South of Usagidaira was nicely soft & flat and it was non-corn snow. It was foggy but visibility was good and I could ski with speed comfortably.

As I skied down it was thickly foggy from beginning of Riesen Slalom to Usuba. The corn snow was melted nicely soft at the beginning of Riesen Slalom, but the snow became slushy and it was springlike condition at the last part.
