17032601_happoThe sunlight was blocked off and it was blowing a wind, so we had a cold morning. However, people got on the gondola one after another as soon as it was open at 7:30 a.m. People from Shizuoka Pref. gave me the watchword, “We always enjoy your reports!!”

17032602_happoThe south part of Usagidaira was groomed well and nicely firm. We could ski down fast and more and more ski tracks were made on the fresh slope. The ungroomed area along Alpen Quad was covered with hard and deep bumps.

17032603_happoPanorama Course and Olympic Course Ⅱ were also in good condition. The snow got melting a little in the lower part of Olympic Course Ⅱ, but the slope got hard again in Shirakaba. Some parts were icy there, so it was difficult to ski for beginners.
