The snow stopped in this early morning and we had the blue sky in spite of the clouds. In the upper parts, it was blowing a cold wind, but the lifts started the operations on schedule. A family from Aich and Tokyo cheered and posed me there.

The slope Along Kurobishi No.2 Quad were groomed finely and firm well. There were many experts and they made high speed turns again and again. Even though I skied down to Skyline Course, the snow in good condition as well as the upper areas.

However, the ungroomed slopes of Skyline and Kitaone were in difficult condition because of the frozen rough slopes and deep bumps. Sakka was flat and nicely firm. By the way, “Hina Happoy Festival” is held from yesterday and you can enjoy foods at stalls and lottery like a Japanese festival.

The slopes were crowded with people from the early morning because today is a weekend. 2 Skiers from Shizuoka and Tokyo Pref. greeted me. They said they met in Happo around New Year Season and get closed and came to ski together today.
