Happo-one / ◎330cm / Rainy2017.Feb.23

17022301_happoThe snow falling in the last night changed into the rain in this early morning. It was rainning heavily even in the upper parts, so there was a poor turnout. The lifts in Usagidaira, Kurobishi and Skyline were closed because of the snow removing and safety check, so almost all the people skied into Panorama Course.

17022302_happoThe temperature was 0 degree, 10 degrees higher than yesterday, and it was hardly blowing a wind, so I did not feel cold. “Hi, Snownavi!”, people from Hyogo Pref. cheered me. The groomed slope of Panorama Course was soft, but it was difficult to turn because of the heavy snow on the slopes.

17022303_happoThe central Part of Olympic Course Ⅰ was groomed and in the same condition as Panorama Course. In Kokusai, an ungroomed steep slope, there was about 10cm heavy and damp snow on the soft bumpy slope, so the course was in very difficult condition.

17022304_happoThere was only a little snowfall in Shirakaba, so I could ski down easily on the nicely firm groomed slope. After that, the rain was still falling and it began to blow a wind. As of 0:00 p.m, the lifts in the upper areas are closed because of the strong wind. The available lifts are Nakiyama No.3 Triple, No.2 Pair, Shirakaba No.1 Pair, No.2 Pair, Sakka No.2 Pair, No.3 Triple, Sakka Kitaone Quad now.
