We could see the blue sky with the sunlight in the early morning, but the sky got covered with the thick clouds at around 8:00 a.m. and it started to rain in the mountain foot. When I got off Alpen Quad, the rain changed into snow, but the slopes were quiet because of the rain in the base area and the weather forecast.

There is only a little difference of the elevation, but the snow got damp in the slope along Kurobishi No.2 Quad. The run was groomed well and nicely firm. By the way, only the beginning part was hard but the almost slope was in good condition in Usagidaira.

In Skyline Course, it was raining lightly. The flat central part was in the typical condition of a rainy day and the skis ran well on the firm and damp slope. If we wear waterproof jackets and pants, I thought we could enjoy the good slopes even in the rain.

Rinkan Course in Kitaone and Olympic Course Ⅱ were also nicely firm. Shirakaba was also groomed well and the fresh slope remained for a long while because there were only a few people. After that, the rain got heavy at 9:00 a.m…..
