The cold became stronger from yesterday evening and the heavy snow fell at night. But the morning sunlight shined and the temperature suddenly got higher and it was comfortable weather. The groomed area of the south of Usagidaira was firm and I could ski comfortably.

Along Kurobishi Quad, the run was groomed widely and nicely soft. The edge bit well, which made skiing easier and many people were skiing here. The amount of the fresh snow was 12 cm at the non-groomed area of Usagidaira and Kurobishi.

When I skied down to Panorama, the sunshine was cut and sometimes it was foggy. The run was moderately firm and it was very popular, so the run was filled by many ski traces soon. But the soft snow condition was kept and I could ski fast.

From the upper part of Usagidaira I could see the sea of clouds. From the middle to the bottom of the south part of Usagidaira, there were no bushes. There were fewer people than yesterday and we didn’t need to wait for lifts.
