At 11:00 a.m. on Dec. 23 (Fri), “CORONA ESCAPE TERRACE” will be open at Usagidaira Terrace. It will change the opening hours and sometimes be closed in case of the rough weather because it is in the open, however you will surely be able to have a special time with Corona beer and splendid views. It will also be open at night on Friday, Saturday, the day before holidays and the New Year season.

Corona beer is from Mexico and it has the original style of drinking with fresh lime. Of course, the beer is served with fresh lime at this terrace. You can enjoy snacks as well as beer and the menus are Corona Extra (JPY700), Grilled Herb Chicken in Foil with Tortillas (JPY1,000), Grilled Herb Fish in Foil with Tortillas (JPY1,000) and S’more (JPY600).

Fire is built with woods at the center of the terrace and you can warm your ordered dishes by yourself. The grilled chicken and fish themselves can be nice snacks with both of beer and tortillas. If you like, please have it with salsa or chili sauce and coriander. S’more is a kind of desserts and chocolate or marshmallows are put between waffle cookies. (By the way, a public opening event was held for media today)

I met a lot of people from abroad at this noon. It was raining slightly and sleeting sometimes and it makes the snow wet, so it was difficult to make turns smoothly. Some people made very wide turns across the slope.
