Hakuba Norikura / ◎90cm / Snowy2017.Jan.12

17011201_hakunoriIn Sky View, it was blowing a cold wind down from Northern Alps and the visibility got poor because of the snow brown by the gale sometimes. Besides, the amount of fresh snow was different in each part and the average was about 25cm.

17011202_hakunoriFurthermore, the snow was compacted by the wind and the hard ground was exposed. However, I was impressed by the skillful snowboarding and skiing by experts even in the difficult slopes. By the way, the fluffy snow was left in the skier’s left side of Sky View lavishly.

17011203_hakunoriThe groomed slopes of Wakaguri Chuo and Wakaguri Rinkan was nicely firm and covered with 3-5cm fresh snow. People from Australia and England cheered me cheerfully there.

17011204_hakunoriSatomi-one Course and Satomi Wakaguri Access Line were groomed well and I could ski comfortably. The groomed slope of Satomi Chuo was also in good condition. I found much less people there than Wakaguri Chuo, so the run remained fresh even at around 11:00 a.m.
