We unexpectedly had heavy snow as the cold air mass moved into the low-pressure area, which advanced to the south! It was snowing silently and there was about 5 cm of fresh on firm Panorama Course (pictured) and the upper part of Route8. The upper western part of Route8 was closed for the private practice of pole training.
[Panorama Course]
There was about 30 cm of fresh snow on the hard groomed corn snow in Route2 (pictured)! I enjoyed the floating feeling in the soft deep snow, although the snow felt a bit heavy. There was about 30 cm of fresh snow over the bumps of firm corn snow in Route3.
[Route2]
The groomed snow was nicely wet and firm, covered with about 5 cm of fresh snow in Route5 (pictured) and Route6. Meanwhile, the groomed corn snow was firm, covered with about 15 cm of heavy fresh snow in the upper part of Route1. The groomed snow was nice in the middle and upper parts, although it was warm and the fresh snow was wet.
[Route5]
There was 10~15 cm of heavy fresh snow over the groomed snow in the lower part of Route1. The snow gradually got rough because of the ski and snowboard tracks. By the way, the pizza house “Luis” is closed today. Escal Plaza opens 24 hours until March 31 (Tue), however, it will be closed at 5 p.m. after April 1 (Wed) and open at 8 a.m. from April 2 (Thu).
