2 consecutive days of rain…staff from Burton NAGANO(pic right) told us ”BURTON HAKUBA GORYU is opening from December 14th . we came here for say hi to everyone .”his friend was staff of Karuizawa prince hotel ski field.

Available course is same as yesterday but all courses are unpressed snow today.The upper part of Route 8 where soil exposure is conspicuous and gas was on there.Lot of visitors run carefully at a reduced speed.

At panorama slope, I could ride comfortably on middle part of compacted snow area. On the other hand, side of the course wasn’t compacted so it was stop snow.There were visitors from Australia and America. He said ” This is the first time snowboarding for her.”

At Escal Plaza , BURTON HAKUBA GORYU is open from 8 am. Second hand snowboard which used for rental is 60% off the list price(¥20800+tax). We have 18 rental boards. 2019-2020 ”9 latest models” are available for rental.
